Business Development Manager (Payment Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

Building Partnerships and Developing New B2B Directions

• Identify and attract new partners for implementing payment solutions (acquiring, issuing).
• Participate in client negotiations and coordinate partnership terms.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, prepare business cases for new projects.

Client Support and Payment Service Development

• Oversee the process of contract signing with partners.
• Coordinate client integration into issuing or acquiring infrastructure.
• Launch projects and provide ongoing operational support.
• Monitor and maintain partnership conditions, promptly resolve business and technical issues.
• Build long-term relationships and maintain regular communication with clients.

Our Expectations

• Practical experience in financial products, payment services, or fintech.
• Understanding of issuing, acquiring, integration, and compliance processes.
• Experience in launching projects from scratch and managing clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
• Independence, responsibility, and structured thinking.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in a bank, payment system, or fintech company.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
